WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE TERMS AT ANY TIME. TRADING OR HOLDING CRYPTO ASSETS INVOLVES SIGNIFICANT RISK OF LOSS. WE DO NOT ACT AS YOUR BROKER, INTERMEDIARY, OR FINANCIAL ADVISOR.

1. Acceptance and Changes to These Terms

A. Acceptance – By using our Platform, Applications, Bot Software, and Website, you agree to these Terms and policies incorporated herein.
B. Third-Party Terms – Use of third-party services (e.g., App Store, Google Play) may also be subject to additional terms.

2. Definitions

• Account: A registered account on the Platform.

• Applications: Mobile or desktop apps used to access the Platform.

• Bot Software: Automated software providing access to Platform functionality.

• Platform: Software accessible via mobile, desktop, or Bot Software.

• Underlying Technology: Software, ledgers, blockchains, and related systems.

3. Account Registration and Security

A. Registration – Users must create an account and provide personal details such as name, email, and social network/messenger ID. Each user is allowed one account.
B. Eligibility – Users must be at least 18 years old, have full legal capacity, and must not be restricted under financial laws.
C. Identity Verification – We may request identity verification documents to comply with AML, CTF, and fraud prevention measures. Users must provide accurate, updated information.
D. Account Security – Users must maintain strong passwords and protect their account credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access due to negligence.
E. Prohibited Activities – Users cannot engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized financial activities.

4. Usage and License

A. License Grant – We grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our Software. All intellectual property remains ours.
B. Prohibited Use – Users must not:

• Violate any laws or commit fraud.

• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful software.

• Use unauthorized third-party applications to interact with the Software.
  C. Suspension & Termination – We may suspend or terminate accounts for any reason, with or without notice.
  D. Remaining Funds After Termination – Users have two business days to withdraw funds after termination.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

A. Deposits & Withdrawals – Users may deposit or withdraw crypto or fiat via supported methods (BTC, ETH, USDT, TRC20, etc.). Transaction limits apply.
B. Fees – Fees are charged for transactions and are subject to change. Users are responsible for reviewing updated fee structures.
C. Transaction Reversals – Once a crypto transaction is processed, it cannot be reversed. Users are responsible for verifying transaction details.
D. Security & Verification – Large transactions (above $15,000) may require source verification before processing.

6. Settlements, Cancellations, and Refunds

A. Final Transactions – Once a trade or exchange is completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
B. Technical Faults – If an exchange order fails due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel and refund affected transactions.
C. Processing Delays – Some withdrawals may take time depending on blockchain network congestion or security checks.

7. Disclaimers & Liability Limitations

A. No Guarantees – We do not guarantee error-free services. Users accept all risks associated with crypto volatility, security breaches, and regulatory changes.
B. No Investment Advice – We do not provide financial or trading advice. Users are responsible for their own investment decisions.
C. Force Majeure – We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, regulatory actions, security breaches, or external threats.
D. Liability Limitation – We are not liable for any losses resulting from hacking, unauthorized access, price volatility, or blockchain failures.

8. Announcements and Notices

A. Official Announcements – Updates and notices will be posted on our Platform, Website, or sent via email. Users must check regularly to stay informed.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

A. Jurisdiction – These Terms are governed by the laws of UAE.
B. Dispute Resolution – Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to UAE courts.

10. Risk Disclosure

A. Crypto Volatility – Digital assets experience significant price fluctuations, which may result in financial loss.
B. Uninsured Losses – Crypto assets are not insured. Users bear the risk of loss if an exchange or wallet service is compromised.
C. Security Risks – Advances in technology (e.g., quantum computing) could potentially impact blockchain security. Users acknowledge this risk.

11. Final Provisions

A. Term & Termination – These Terms remain valid until terminated by us. We may suspend or discontinue serviceswithout notice.
B. Modifications – We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services implies acceptance of updated Terms.
C. Language Priority – In case of translation discrepancies, the English version of these Terms prevails.
